Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change‑of‑mind purchases.
Faulty or Not as Described
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, so we can help quickly.
If you notice an issue later, get in touch anytime – we’ll assess it under your rights in the Australian Consumer Law (there is no set time limit; it depends on what’s reasonable for the product and the fault).
If your return is approved due to a failure, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. We will also cover reasonable return postage or provide a prepaid label.
Exchanges for faulty items
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we can arrange this subject to stock availability.

When sending your item back, pack it securely. Using the original packaging is helpful but not required.
Exclusions
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
