Flat rate shipping:
AU$12 (Standard) or AU$17 (Express Post)
*Small items, such as glasses cases or pouches, ship from AU$7 to AU$12, depending on the item and quantity. The exact shipping cost will always be shown at checkout.
**All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.
We carefully pack each order and aim to ship it as quickly as possible. Most orders are ready within a few days. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We accept major cards via Shopify Payments, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We don’t offer local pickup.
All orders are shipped securely with Australia Post tracking.
All NUI pieces are handmade in our small studio in Melbourne, Australia. We design, cut, and sew each product with care, paying attention to detail in every stitch.
We mainly work with Japanese cotton canvas, chosen for its texture, quality, and beautiful colours.
